RAFFLE ROSTER – HOEY MOEY

WHAT TO DO
Please wear your red club shirts. Usually start around 3:30pm
Pick up Seafood trays from the Fishing Co-op at the Marina, all other meat trays are at the Hoey waiting for you.
Once at Hoey see a staff member who will go and get you the trolley which has your meat trays, raffle tickets, float, and hand gloves
Simply walk around and sell the tickets…..a sign with prices will be on the trolley.. Whoever is handling the money must wear the gloves.
Once finished please liase with PA sound guy (will be usually Shane, Asko or Greg), as to when the next band break is so you can draw the raffle winners. If there is no sound guy, wait for the 4pm band to finish their first set (usually around4:45pm), and as soon as they have finished ask them to draw the winner for you if your not comfortable going on the mic yourself.
Please put all money made back in pencil case and give all back to the Hoey who will lock it up for us…….THANKYOU!
