WHAT TO DO

Please wear your red club shirts.

Start at 5pm, unless otherwise advised.

All meat trays and beer tickets are at the Hoey waiting for you.

See a Hoey staff member who will go and get you the trolley with the meat trays, raffle tickets, float, Hand held eftpos machine etc;

Simply walk around and sell the tickets…..a sign with prices will be on the trolley..usually we do two trips around the crowd to make as much profit as possible.

We now have a hand held eftpos machine the Hoey will provide, please ask them how to use it. This is for all the people that don’t have cash on them.

-Please note there are 10 beer tickets, we sell 2 lots of 5, so there is just 2 winner’s, winning 5 tickets each)

Once finished please liase with PA sound guy (will be usually Shane, Asko or Greg), as to when the next band break is so you can draw the raffle winners. If there is no sound guy, wait for the band to finish their next set, and as soon as they have finished ask them to draw the winner for you if you’re not comfortable going on the mic yourself.

$2   for One Ticket
$5   for three Tickets
$10 for seven Tickets

Please put all money made back in pencil case and give all back to the Hoey along with the eftpos machine.
They will tally off what money came from the eftpos and put it in the pencil case.

They will lock it up for us…….THANKYOU!
