The next generation of talent coming out of the Coffs Harbour Boardriders Club will benefit most from this partnership as these donations will open up opportunities to expand the junior development programme.
So far My Mortgage Manager has raised over $600 in it’s first referral.
Once a referred potential borrower has finalised a Financial Services product, then My Mortgage Manager will make a donation to CHBC upon receipt of payment from Lender / Bank on the following basis:-
– Residential Home or Investment Loan – 0.15% of Loan amount
– Business Loans – 15% of Upfront Commission received from Lender
– Equipment / Car Finance (Business or Consumer Loan) – $100.00
Example – Home Loan $500,000.00 = Donation to CHBC $750.00
1) minimum loan amount $150,000.00 (Home / Business loans)
2) minimum loan term 2 years
3) Loan approval subject to Lender / Bank credit application criteria
