The NSW Government has announced that community sport will be able to recommence once the state hits the 80 % double vaccination target.

At this stage only fully vaccinated staff, volunteers and participants over the age of 16 will be able to enter the comp site and compete.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompianed by a fully vaccinated parent or guardian to enter the comp site and water.

We will continue to communicate with Surfing NSW and update you with any changes.

Please email your vaccination certificate to chbcsecretary1@gmail.com with your full name & division in the subject line, for all children under the age of 16 we will need the parent or guardians vaccination certificate with your name & the childs name and division in the subject line.

We will sign on each competitor after receiving this info and send a confirmation email.

You will also need your vaccination certificate on hand at the comp.

Masks are still required for everyone over the age of 12 at the comp site.

ENTRY CUT OFF IS 6PM Friday November 5th

This Comp will count towards your end of year point score
(we are counting all 7 comps)

Strictly No Beach Entries

Please only sign up to be included in the heat draw if you are 100% committed to attend.

Not turning up without getting in touch with the contest director (Ian 0434 775 600) via text message Saturday 4pm. There will be a penalty of 1,000 points off your end of year score.

It takes a lot of volunteered time to do up the heat draws, and with covid protocols we need to stick to a tight schedule, not showing up makes the day run longer unnecessarily. We appreciate your understanding.
