DESCRIPTION:Over 350 competitors will call Coffs Harbour home when the Woolworths NSW Junior State Titles pres. by Ocean and Earth kicks off. \nThe event will see some of NSW’s best junior surfers competing for a coveted state title when the event kicks off from the 5th – 12th August 2020. \nUnlike previous years\, where all qualifiers for the Woolworths NSW Junior State Titles pres. by Ocean and Earth were determined by eight individual regional titles\, the 2020 event will invite all junior competitors to enter in their respective age divisions. \nThe last two days of the event will comprise of the NSW School Surfing Titles. \n2019 will be the ninth year Surfing NSW will combine the NSW School Surfing Titles into the event. \nCompetitors will be vying for an NSW Junior Title and in turn\, earn their position into the upcoming 2020 Australian Junior Surfing Titles\, which will take place in Queensland at the end of the year. \nFormer competitors in the NSW Junior State Titles pres. by Ocean and Earth include current World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour (CT) surfers Owen\, Mikey and Tyler Wright\, Sally Fitzgibbons\, Matt Wilkinson\, Wade Carmichael and Connor O’Leary. \nThe event will be fully mobile in the Coffs Harbour area with Macauleys\, Park Beach\, Diggers\, Gallows and Sawtell all venue options. \nThe daily schedule and location will be confirmed via the event hotline at 6:45am each day. DESCRIPTION:CHBC Golf Day in Support of Ian Watson\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis year CHBC have dedicated this awesome day to one of our own Ian ‘Wato’ Watson and his beautiful family\, his wife Rach & the kids/big kids\, Alanah\, Tamika\, Taj\, Piper and Cali. \nOver the last 35+ years Wato and his family have been heavily involved and have been an integral part of our club at all levels contributing over this time to where our amazing club is right now. \n  \nUnfortunately Wato was recently diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer and is currently undergoing as well as exploring all treatment options available to him. \nWhilst the ‘Wato’ family are all in high spirits this has put a complete pause on their everyday family life. \nAt present  both Wato & Rach are unable to work and with a couple of super young groms as well as in the middle of building their family home and everything else in life that is getting thrown at them\, there’s a heap of pressure we would love to assist in relieving. \nWe are committing 100% of the funds raised at the 2022  Hoey Moey CHBC Golf Day to the Watson family and would love if at all possible for yourself/friends/ business could be part of this day in any way possible . \nDuring the event we will have a couple of fundraising novelty holes\, there will also be a raffle with amazing prizes but to top the day off after the presentation we will be holding an auction as the major fundraiser for the day.. Jess\, her 14 year old Son\, 11 year old Daughter and 8 year old Son were waiting at a set of traffic lights when an out of control car ploughed into them.\nJess was airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital to receive medical treatment. Each year\, the ABB pits the best boardrider clubs from each state against one another in an epic surfing battle that culminates in a world-renowned Grand Final where Australia’s best boardrider club is decided. \nThe first Grand Final on the Gold Coast will be held 9-10 March 2024. With the likes of Joel Parkinson\, Danny Wills\, Jay Thompson\, Josh Kerr\, Ace Buchan\, Stephanie Gilmore\, Tyler & Owen Wright and Sophie McCulloch having competed in previous years\, Burleigh Heads will be the place to be for surfing fans around the country in March next year.
