The National Final, to be held at Newcastle Beach on February 4-5, will be broadcast live and free on the Seven Network’s digital streaming platform, 7plus, giving fans front row seats to all the finals action wherever they are.
After eight State qualifying rounds involving 75 Boardrider clubs, the top 24 will go to-head over two days for glory and major cash prizes.
Surfing coverage will kick off at 7:50am AEDT on Saturday, 4th February with individual competition, with points on the line determining seeding for Sunday’s team component. Divisions are Zambrero Open Mens, Hyundai Open Womens, Acciona Masters and Harvey Norman Juniors.
On Sunday, 5th February coverage begins at 6:50am AEDT with two rounds of the team event followed by semi-finals and then finals. And not to be missed, the Hyundai Electric Air Show will be taking to the skies between the semi-finals and finals.
